Our Story

Lonsdale Property Development Ltd. was incorporated in 2014 by Mihail Kostov, a Services Engineer and David Lonsdale, a Barrister. Since then, the company has grown and successfully developed a range of properties throughout greater London and is responsible for managing an increasingly larger estate. The company is now run by Tom Raffe, who joined as Managing Director in 2017.  

As well as our own projects, we undertake Client construction projects throughout London. We are responsible for all aspects of the development and investment cycle including:
